Cementerio de la Almudena the biggest cemetery of Madrid, in Neo-Mudéjar style.
Federico Romero died in Madrid on 30 June 1976 at the age of 89 and was buried in the Cementerio de la Almudena.
They were ultimately executed by firing squad against the wall of the East Cemetery (now la Almudena) on 5 August 1939.
His body was returned to Spain in 1979, and he was interred in Madrid's Cementerio de la Almudena.
