He married his third wife Antonia Colville (Bracken, Church Crookham, Hampshire, 29 May 1939 – 13 June 2007), the great granddaughter of Charles Colville, 1st Viscount Colville of Culross at Fulham Town Hall on 27 June 1984, without issue.
In 1824 Charles Colville and his party visited Chandravati and found twenty marble edifices of different sizes.
He died in 2010, and has been succeeded by his son, Charles Colville, Viscount Colville of Culross a member of the House of Lords, who is currently the Clan Chief.
He had four sons, including his heir Charles, by his first wife, and one son by his second wife.
