Their debut album, The Long Now was released on 11 October 2008 and was produced by David Sardy.
During the last few years they have played various venues across Switzerland & Europe supporting bands such as, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Band of Skulls, The Horrors Sixteen Deluxe, & Children Collide as well as playing many international festivals such as Festival Internacional de Benicàssim, Exit (festival), South by Southwest & Reeperbahn festival.

Stoneking, Six Ft Hick, The Nation Blue, The Meanies, Children Collide, Delaney Davidson, Mikelangelo & The Tin Star, Spod, Little John, Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Kim Salmon, and Dave Graney.
With the release of the EP, Tom Ugly toured around Australia, playing festivals and supporting headline acts such as Groove Armada at the Hordern Pavilion and Sia Furler at the Enmore Theatre as well as other acts including Simian Mobile Disco, Grinspoon, The Grates, Children Collide, Art vs. Science, Evermore, etc.
