During AAA's short partnership with the World Wrestling Federation, he participated in the 1997 Royal Rumble and wrestled on Raw is War and WWF Shotgun Saturday Night, often teaming with Pierroth, Jr. He is a former AAA World Heavyweight Champion as well as a former three time Campeón de Campeones, the predecessor to the AAA world championship.
On June 9, 2009 Konan Big faced Cibernético in a match where Cibernético stated before the match that Konan Big was used to facing "Clowns and TV presenters" but now had to face a real wrestler.
In 2003 Lizmark returned to AAA to participate in Triplemanía XI where he teamed with the new version of his longtime rival La Parka as well as Octagón and Super Caló to defeat Abismo Negro, Cibernético and the Headhunters.
When the new Psicosis joined Cibernético's recently formed Los Vipers group Mini Psicosis joined as well, teaming up with other Minis such as Mini Abismo Negro to form Los Mini Vipers, a group Sánchez would be associated with for the rest of his AAA career.
The first cibernetico took place on September 23 and was won by Volador Jr., who outlasted Delta, Guerrero Maya, Jr., La Máscara, Metal Blanco, Palacio Negro, Pólvora, Puma King, Shigeo Okumura, Stuka, Jr., Tiger and Valiente.

After being forced to withdraw from the 2007 tournament due to an injury Perro Aguayo, Jr. won the first cibernetico quaifier by outlasting Hajime Ohara, Stuka, Jr., El Felino, Ephesto, Averno, La Máscara, Mephisto and Volador, Jr..

The second cibernetico took place on November 4 and saw Atlantis outlast a field that also included Místico, Último Dragón, Máxmio, El Sagrado, Mephisto, Hijo de Pierroth and Gedo.
The first Chikara Torneo Cibernetico took place on October 30, 2004 in Emmaus, Pennsylvania, and featured "Sweet 'n' Sour International" (Larry Sweeney (captain), Crossbones, Hallowicked, Mano Metalico, Rorschach, ShareCropper, Spyrazul and UltraMantis Black) wrestling against the team of Jigsaw (captain), DJ Skittlez, Gran Akuma, Icarus, Jolly Roger, Mister ZERO, Private Eye and Shane Storm.

The second annual Torneo Cibernetico took place on October 22, 2005 in Hellertown, Pennsylvania, and featured Chris Hero (captain), Blind Rage, Arik Cannon, Claudio Castagnoli, Gran Akuma, Hallowicked, Icarus and UltraMantis Black wrestling against Mike Quackenbush (captain), Jigsaw, Eddie Kingston, Milano Collection A.T., Sabian, Skayde, Shane Storm and Mister ZERO.
The match featured the teams of Los Hell Brothers (Charly Manson, Chessman, and Cibernético) and La Legión Extranjera (El Mesías, Sean Waltman, and Kenzo Suzuki).
