By 1963, Lindt and her boyfriend Jacques Herlin moved from Paris to Rome for Herlin's permanent employment at Cinecittà and Lindt soon found minor roles in cinema, starting with La ballata dei mariti (1963) and later Hercules the Invincible (1964).
In the meantime, she also had minor acting roles starting with the miniseries Positano and in 1997, she applied at a casting session at Cinecittà organised by director Tinto Brass to find the lead actress for Monella.
Starring Jason Schwartzman as an unsuccessful race car driver who crashes his car in an Italian village, the 8-minute film was filmed at Cinecittà in Rome, Italy and financed by Prada.
