Circuito de Jerez (Circuit of Jerez), formerly known as Circuito Permanente de Jerez, is a 4,428 m (2.752-mile) racing circuit located close to the city of Jerez de la Frontera, deep within the sherry-producing south of Spain.

As a prize for his championship win, he was given the opportunity to test a Renault R29 Formula One car at Jerez on 1 December 2009 and a BMW Sauber F1.09 car on 3 December.
These have included The Japanese Grand Prix at Motegi, where he finished 13th on his debut with the Rizla Suzuki team as a wildcard rider, as well as two races in 2007 at Jerez and Japan.
