In 1970 when he is put to reserve, Raksi joins the Cotroceni team, Progresul Bucureşti, where he gains new career satisfactions with: Paul Manta, Viorel Popescu, Jean Grama, Măndoiu, Adrian Constantinescu, Dinu Iordan, Beldeanu, Matei, Dudu Georgescu and Ţarălungă.
