In January 2013, Conrad scored a double, in a 4–1 win against Falkirk, which he scored again, the next game, in a 2–1 win over Cowdenbeath, scoring three scored goals in two consecutive games.
During season 2008/09 Dow served on the Board of Cowdenbeath Football Club in the joint role of Club Secretary and Media Officer.
He transferred to Livingston in 2002 in a season where they finished third in the SPL, and spent a brief period on loan at Cowdenbeath.

Small came through the Academy system of his local senior club Falkirk, making his first team debut against Cowdenbeath at Central Park as a substitute for Andy Haworth in the 68th minute.
In the 2012 summer, after playing two years with CD Alhaurino, one in Tercera División and the other in the regional championships, Rubén signed for Scottish First Division side Cowdenbeath, after his agent sent YouTube videos to club manager Colin Cameron and the player impressed in a subsequent trial.
