Fishing for opilio (and rarely bairdi) crab has been the focus of the second half of all four seasons of Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel.
Located on a narrow island served primarily by Hoopers Island Road, Fishing Creek has a restaurant (Old Salty's), a post office, and a general store (King's Island Pride), as well as crabbing businesses.
