Bobby Oxspring died on 8 August 1989, and was buried at Cranwell Parish church, Lincolnshire.
At the end of 1940 he was rested and sent as an instructor to 2 CFS, Cranwell.
Following the Battle of Britain, Brown was a flying instructor at No. 61 OTU Operational Training Unit and Cranwell Flying Training School.
Dogar gained a commission in Royal Air Force, and was accepted into the Royal Air Force Academy in Cranwell.
At the same time a number of new air stations were set up as well as a training station at Cranwell.

In 2002, McMahon and business partner, Eloise Trainor, Founder of the LPGA Futures Tour (now the Symetra Tour), rebranded into eduKaytion Golf, an exclusive golf education company located at the Cranwell Resort, Spa and Golf Club in Lenox, Massachusetts, since January 2012.
In April 1929, a few weeks after graduating, the director of the Auckland Museum, Dr Gilbert Edward Archey, offered Cranwell the inaugural Botany Curator position.
