Attara Kacheri, built in 1864 A.D during British rule, is a stone structure in an intense red hue, a two storied building with Corinthian columns in Gothic Style of architecture and is located at the entrance to the Park.
From 2nd to 6th day, aarthi is performed in the evenings at the Cubbon Park shakti peeta and then at eight water sources used during the celebration.

A medallion portrait of Cubbon is found on the ceiling at the west end of the Central Hall in the Karnataka High Court building, while an equestrian statue by Baron Carlo (Charles) Marochetti stands in Cubbon Park before the Karnataka High Court (Attara Katcheri) and the Terrace Garden.
