In 2007, Band member's Seven Williams (born Keith Volpone) & Wally Brandt reformed as Whiskey Falls with more of a country/rock flare (a la The Eagles) along with Buck Johnson and Damon Johnson (no relation).

Lead singer Damon Johnson has been involved in numerous projects since the demise of Brother Cane, including Red Halo, Slave to the System (a band that also features long-time Queensrÿche drummer Scott Rockenfield), and Whiskey Falls.
They also had the chance to open up for Sonny Landreth, David Lee Roth, Mother's Finest and Damon Johnson's band at the time Slave to the System, ending the tour with another stop in the U.S. Virgin Islands where the new album was very well received and even enjoyed nominal airplay.
