Dancemania Presents E-Rotic Megamix, or simply called E-Rotic Megamix is a remix album released in 2000 by German eurodance band E-Rotic.
They have also appeared on the popular eurodance compilation Dancemania series albums, including Dancemania Delux 3 (1999), Dancemania X1 (1999), Dancemania Speed 7 (2001) and Dancemania Best Yellow (2002).

Their first appearance on the Dancemania series was on the 2000 compilation of Dancemania Speed 4 with two remix tracks, one being "Change The World" and the other being "Livin' La Vida Loca".
"Sunrise Nippon" was covered by Eurobeat Lovers in Dancemania Presents JParadise and quoted in the drama Ikebukuro West Gate Park.
