Students at Binghamton University ride for free (although paid by the university) with their BU ID Card, persons attending Davis College and BCC may purchase a discounted student pass with proof of fulltime student status.
On November 22, 2009, Dino Pedrone preached his final message and resigned from being Senior Pastor of New Testament Baptist Church where he had pastored since 1995 to assume the role of full-time role of president of Davis College.
During his administration the school has celebrated its centennial birthday, in 2000; the name of the college was changed to Davis College in honor of its founder Dr. John Adelbert Davis, in 2004; the college received Middle States Accreditation, in 2005; and two old buildings were taken down to pave the way for the Ministry Center to be built in the future, in 2006.

George Daniel Miller III (March 27, 1951) was the eighth president of Davis College in Johnson City, New York.
He also developed the administration, curriculum, and much of the school's structure as it exists today, now as Davis College.
