Caravan and the New Symphonia is a record by Caravan recorded at the Theatre Royal in Drury Lane and originally released in 1974 on UK Decca's subsidiary Deram.
The label’s founder is Mark Powell, who has been a freelance music consultant for major labels such as Universal, Sony and EMI since 2000, working with artists including Soft Machine, Caravan, Camel, Man and Hawkwind, as well as producing label retrospectives covering Deram, Decca, Vertigo, Harvest and United Artists.
"Hallelujah Freedom" was released 29 September 1972 on Deram DM 364 entering the UK Singles Chart 14 October 1972.
Sweet Illusion was released 27 April 1973 on Deram DM 387 entering the UK Singles Chart 2 June 1973.
