These include Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Central Library, Derby Local Studies Library, The Silk Mill, Déda, The QUAD, The Assembly Rooms, The Guildhall, Derby Tourist Information centre and, of course, Derby Cathedral.
The patron of the Museum Society was William Cavendish, 6th Duke of Devonshire, and the President was Sir George Crewe who was a keen naturalist.
He went on to work for Derby Museums Education Service before he moved to take up work at Bolton Museum in 1957.

Among her notable solo shows are Spirits in Steel — The Art of the Kalabari Masquerade at the American Museum of Natural History, New York (1998-1999); and Imagined Steel at The Lowry Arts Centre, Manchester, which toured to the Oriel Mostyn Gallery, Llandudno; Brewery Art Centre, Cirencester; and Derby Museum and Art Gallery (2002–2003).
