2010 Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles season

Bryson Goodwin

Goodwin began the 2012 season in first grade under new Canterbury coach Des Hasler and scored his first try in the opening game in Canterbury's 22-14 victory over the Penrith Panthers at Penrith.

Daly Cherry-Evans

Manly coach Des Hasler chose Hodkinson which meant that Cherry-Evans played in the Queensland Cup for Manly's then feeder club the Sunshine Coast Sea Eagles.

The rookie halfback also proved himself a handy goal kicker and was coach Des Hasler's first choice kicker in the early part of the season, though he relinquished the role to captain Jamie Lyon after Round 10 as he had only kicked 22/40 for just a 62.5% success rate (Lyon would go on to kick 59/80 for the season at 73.75%).

Greg Alexander

After making his test debut in the 26-6 first test win against New Zealand at the Queen Elizabeth II Park in Christchurch and playing in the 8-0 second test win at Rotorua, Alexander lost his place in the side with coach Bob Fulton preferring his 1987 premiership winning halfback from Manly-Warringah, Des Hasler, in the position for the third and final test.

Kieran Foran

Following the departure of Manly's 2008 and 2011 premiership coach Des Hasler to the Canterbury Bulldogs, Foran had been linked to the Bulldogs, who are rumored to have offered him a three year deal worth $600,000 per season.

Krisnan Inu

Inu was released by the Warriors in May 2012 so he could immediately join the Des Hasler coached Bulldogs.

Neil Henry

Henry was named Dally M Coach of the Year for 2008, ahead of other nominees Craig Bellamy, Ricky Stuart and Des Hasler.

Phil Blake

This also allowed Fulton to play others (such as halfback Des Hasler who had joined the club from Penrith) in their preferred positions.

Phil Daley

Other Manly players selected for the 1986 tour were Noel Cleal, Des Hasler and Dale Shearer.
