Dov Yosef

After the government collapsed again over the issue of religious education in December 1952, Yosef was initially appointed Minister without Portfolio in the new government, before switching to the Development Ministry in June 1953.

Eliezer Preminger

He lost his seat in the 1951 elections, and later worked as Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Development, as well as serving on the board of directors of Israel Quarries and the Phosphates Company.

Haim Landau

He was a member of the Begin cabinent, serving as Minister of Development in 1967–1970 and despite not retaining his seat in the 1977 elections, was made Minister of Transport by Menachem Begin, a role he retained until the 1981 elections.

Menachem Bader

Between 1955 and 1962 he worked as Director General of the Ministry of Development.

Yosef Almogi

First elected to the Knesset in the 1955 elections, Almogi was made Minister without Portfolio after the 1961 elections, before taking over the roles of Minister of Housing and Minister of Development in October 1962.
