Dehors Novembre (1998), the last LP from the group, was written and performed with the help of the Diouf brothers, whose background from Senegal added a new element to the band's music.

Leaving that position in 1964, Diouf became the Director of the African Groundnut Council based in Nigeria from 1965 to 1971.
On 12 August 2009, Diouf won his first cap for Senegal in a 2–1 friendly win over Congo DR in Blois, France.
