Stevie Doherty, vocalist of the band Zero Zero from Glasgow was approached to join the band, but eventually Mladen "Tifa" Vojičić, the former Bijelo Dugme singer, joined the band as the new frontman.
When Bag was opening for Divlje Jagode, Sead Lipovača invited Islamović to play bass with Divlje Jagode.
Prior to the forming of Divlje Jagode in 1977 he had been a member of "Biseri", "Selekcija" and "Zenit".
