Martlet House (formerly Seagram House) is a Scottish baronial style building on Peel Street in Downtown Montreal, Quebec.
This street serves as the dividing line between the downtown Ville-Marie borough and borough of Le Plateau-Mont-Royal, and also serves as the northern border of the Golden Square Mile historic district, further west.
Prior to 2011, the association was headquartered in the Gelinas Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA) in downtown Montreal, where Holanda taught and trained.
In 1981 he lent his name to a Jazz club in downtown Montreal on Aylmer Street (corner President Kennedy), which became known as Biddle's (now known as House of Jazz) and was featured in the Bruce Willis film The Whole Nine Yards with his daughter Stephanie Biddle on vocals.
Two adjacent parallel streets in downtown Montreal are said to be named in his honour: Bishop and Mountain.
