Asa Smith Bushnell III

Bushnell won the James Lynah Distinguished Achievement Award from the ECAC in 1959 as an outstanding athletic administrator.

Bruce Bullock

He was named to the NCAA First All-American Team in goal in 1970 and 1971 (succeeding Hall of Famer Ken Dryden, who took the honour from 1967–69), and was named ECAC Player of the Year in 1971.

Bryan Leitch

Raised in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Leitch played three seasons of junior hockey in the British Columbia Hockey League with the Coquitlam Express and Merritt Centennials before attending Quinnipiac University where he played four seasons with the Quinnipiac Bobcats men's ice hockey team, which competes in NCAA's Division I in the ECAC conference.

In 1977, the Catholic University Cardinals played the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship after winning the ECAC District II championship.

Dave Lumley

Kendell McFayden

McFayden attended Williamsville North High School before going on to play four years of college soccer at Medaille College, where he amassed 42 career goals and was named an NSCAA All-American and Regional All-American, an ECAC First-Team All-Star, was a three-time AMCC First-Team All-Conference selection, and was an NSCAA Regional All-American.

Yale golf course

The Yale course has been the site of every significant state championship, two USGA Junior National events, the 1991 and 2004 NCAA Eastern Regional championships, the 1991 ECAC Men's Championship, and the 1992 ECAC Women's Championship, as well as the Nike Connecticut Open.
