The Right Reverend Charles Chapman Grafton (April 12, 1830 – August 30, 1912) was the second Bishop of the Diocese of Fond du Lac in The Episcopal Church, in Wisconsin, U.S.A.
He was the 44th bishop in the ECUSA, and was consecrated on October 20, 1844 by Bishops Philander Chase, Jackson Kemper, and Samuel Allen McCoskry.
He was the 50th bishop in the ECUSA, and was consecrated on December 16, 1849 by Bishops Benjamin Bosworth Smith, Charles Pettit McIlvaine, and Jackson Kemper.
He was the 73rd bishop in the ECUSA, and was consecrated in Christ Church, Savannah, Georgia by Bishops Jackson Kemper, Henry John Whitehouse, and Henry Washington Lee.
Its members coalesced in opposition to changes in ELCA ordination practices that were required as part of the proposed Concordat of Agreement with the Episcopal Church USA (ECUSA).
