Ashton, South Australia

It was named by George Hunt in 1858 after his home Ashton in England.

Winnequaheagh

He named his 50,000 acre (8 x 10 mile tract of land (210 km2)) plantation "Islip Grange," in honor of Nicoll's ancestral home in East Northamptonshire, England, from which Matthias emigrated in 1664: Islip, England.


Tansor

Lying near the River Nene, three miles north-east of the town of Oundle and a mile from the village of Cotterstock, Tansor forms part of the district of East Northamptonshire.

Wakerley

Forming part of the district of East Northamptonshire, Wakerley is close to, and south of, the River Welland that forms the boundary with Rutland; its nearest neighbour, Barrowden, is in that county and accessible by a footbridge.
