William Crooks (Mutford, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England 12 April 1908 – Gisborne, New Zealand, December 1986), known as Bill Crooks was manager of Eastwoodhill Arboretum, Ngatapa, Gisborne, from 1967-1974.
