The show follows Ed Stafford, a British adventurer as he spends 60 days on a deserted island in the South Pacific in an effort to survive with no supplies whatsoever.
Ed Stafford holds the Guinness World Record for walking the Amazon River, starting at Nevado Mismi, completing the journey 860 days later in August 2010.
Olorua was the filming location for the survival documentary, Ed Stafford: Naked & Marooned (also distributed under the title, Naked Castaway) in which British explorer Ed Stafford was dropped on the island for 60 days with no food or survival equipment.
