The cover art was done by Derek Riggs, best known for being the creator of Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie and the artwork on all Iron Maiden albums/singles/posters/tour brochures throughout 1980–1990 (and sporadically afterwards up until 2000's Brave New World other than one additional Eddie drawing for the cover of his book Run for Cover).
It also does not follow the continuity of previous album covers, as Eddie no longer exhibits either his lobotomy or cyborg enhancements.
This is one of the few Iron Maiden released videos to not feature Eddie the Head on the cover.
The single cover is the third Iron Maiden single not to feature the band's iconic mascot Eddie on the front cover (the previous examples being "Running Free (live)" and "From Here to Eternity").
The single cover features an image of Margaret Thatcher with a machine gun, preparing to attack the group's mascot, Eddie.
It features Edwina T. Head, a female version of Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie.
