Helen Shingler (born 19 August 1919) is a British film actress and the mother of actor Anthony Stewart Head and singer/musician Murray Head.
In the early 1980s, working as a freelance session musician, Allen played on albums recorded by Bonnie Tyler (Goodbye to the Island), Murray Head (Voices) and John Martyn (Well Kept Secret).
The album title is a reference and dedication to ABBA's 1976 fourth studio album Arrival, leaving it the only thing affiliated to ABBA (next to the Murray Head cover of One Night in Bangkok, composed by former ABBA members Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus along with Tim Rice respectively).

Alan Henry Spenner (7 May 1948 – 11 August 1991) was a British bass player who performed with Wynder K. Frog, The Grease Band, ABC, David Coverdale, David Soul, Joe Cocker, Lynda Carter, Peter Frampton, Ted Nugent, Mick Taylor, Murray Head, Kokomo, Roxy Music, and played on the original 1970 concept album Jesus Christ Superstar.
