Ferenc Martyn

Ferenc Martyn (1899–1986) was an artist and sculptor, Hungarian-born descendant of the Martyn Tribe of Co. Galway, descended from the same branch of the Tribe as Edward Martyn of Tullira (1859–1923).

Irish Literary Theatre

W. B. Yeats, Lady Gregory and Edward Martyn published a "Manifesto for Irish Literary Theatre" in 1897, in which they proclaimed their intention of establishing a national theater for Ireland.

William Óge Martyn
