Euroboy

Euroboy, the stage name of Knut Schreiner, Norwegian singer, musician and producer, member of various bands Kåre and The Cavemen / Euroboys, Turbonegro, Mirror Lakes and others

Quiet Exit

The album was produced by Knut Schreiner, better known as Euroboy, lead guitarist of Turbonegro, and lead singer/guitarist of Euroboys, enlisting fellow Euroboys guitarist Trond Mjøen to accompany on electric/acoustic guitars, while Tom Rudi Torjussen of Jim Stärk plays drums/percussion.

One reviewer complimented Schreiner and the backing band for the "many exciting details in the soundscape, that reveals something new every time you listen to the songs".

Retox

After recording a demo in May 2006 at Knut's Crystal Canyon Studio the band recorded the basic tracks at Fagerborg Lydstudio and returned to Crystal Canyon again to finish the recordings together with Anders Møller (of Gluecifer and Euroboys among others).

Turbojugend

Turbonegro guitarist Euroboy explained the club's origin: "We thought about how Kiss had the Kiss Army so we thought that Turbonegro should have our own Navy. It started as a joke in Happy-Tom’s apartment in 1995. We put his address on the album sleeves and it was all just for laughs. The Jugend blossomed into something way bigger than we ever expected."

Knut Schreiner

Also known by his stage name Euroboy, he has been part of important Norwegian bands like Kåre and The Cavemen known in its last years as Euroboys, with Turbonegro known in Norway as Turboneger, in the musical project Black Diamond Brigade and recently is a member of Mirror Lakes.

As Euroboy, Schreiner usually appeared on stage in an all black attire, sporting a Schutz-Staffel Totenkopf officer's hat.
