On 20 May 2012 he won Lithuanian Football Federation Cup with Žalgiris Vilnius defeating previous two season cup winner Ekranas 3–1 after penalty shootout.
McCabe scored in the 2–1 away defeat against FK Ekranas on 25 July 2012 in the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds.
He went on to score his first goals for Dinamo in the UEFA Champions League qualifier against FK Ekranas and the team's first domestic league match of the 2006–07 season, against NK Slaven Belupo.
