Fadl bought all rights of the tune for his song from Greek composer and singer, Sotis Volanis, and the lyrics were written by Prince Turky Bin Abdel Rahman El Sudairy, who also wrote another song of Fadl's coming album called Dehkat El Dony.

In 2003, Fadl released his new smash-hit ballad Ya Ghayeb to Arabic radio stations all over the Middle East.
Created by Alfred Barakat and Simon Asmar, the show is credited for being the launching platform for many of today's Lebanese and Arab stars, such as Majida El Roumi, Walid Toufic, Ragheb Alama, Diana Haddad, Nawal Al Zoghbi, Elissa, Wael Kfoury, Rami Ayach, Bassem Feghali, Sara Al Hani, Jean-Marie Riachi, Fares Karam, Fadl Shaker, Assi El Hellani, Youssef Cheayto, Suzanne Tamim and many more.
