At Syddansk Universitet Frederiksen studying for a Bachelors degree in sports (Idræt og Sundhed, 2005) and after having moved to Farum she studied for a Masters degree in Physical Education and Nutrition (Cand. Scient. i Human Ernæring, 2008) at the University of Copenhagen.
4 July 2007, Henrik Kildentoft joined Farum based club F.C. Nordsjælland for a fee of 500,000 Danish kroner, signing a 3-year contract, filling a large gap in the defense left by the departure of Heath Pearce.

Among Ritterband's artistic works are several candlesticks for the Holmegaard, a porcelain series Musica for Royal Copenhagen, tablecloths from Georg Jensen Damask and blankets for Egetæpper, a Danish blanket company, but she has also designed larger works of art; there are a series of stainless steel sculptures in the former municipality of Farum.
Neighboring municipalities were Farum to the north, Stenløse to the west, Ballerup and Herlev to the south, and Gladsaxe, Lyngby-Taarbæk and Søllerød to the east, albeit the last of these is separated physically from the municipality by the waters of Lake Furesø.
