Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar (Hafnarfjörður gymnastics club), commonly referred to as FH, is an Icelandic sports club based in Hafnarfjörður.
It is a television show about 16 Icelandic nerds—selected out of the nerds of Iceland, and trained to their physical peaks—who compete with the winners of Landsbankadeildin (Icelandic Premier League in Football, won most recently by Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar).
Delfouneso made his competitive first-team début as a substitute in the away tie of the UEFA Cup second round match against Icelandic opponents FH Hafnarfjörður, this in turn made Delfouneso the youngest player to represent Aston Villa in European competition, at the age of 17 years and 195 days.
Kopel, son of former Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers and Dundee United player Frank, began his career with Dundee United but made just one appearance, playing as a right-back in the 2-2 draw at home to Icelandic side FH in the 1990-91 UEFA Cup first round.
Heiðar and Haraldur are also band members of 'Hafnarfjarðarmafían' ('The Hafnarfjörður Mob'), a support band of the Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar football team and Pollapönk.
He moved to Hafnarfjörður in 2004 to play with FH where he enjoyed early success with the youth teams of FH, winning the cup in 2004 and also the double in 2005, which is the only group in the club who have won the double.
