The Curtiss JN-4, known as "Jenny," was made by Curtiss in 1915, and it was filmed by Lee De Forest in Flying Jenny Airplane (1921), a short film with the sound of the aircraft.

The title is taken from the 1957 Rockabilly novelty hit record "Flyin' Saucers Rock 'n' Roll" by Billy Lee Riley and His Little Green Men.
"Jenny, Jenny" is a 1957 song written by Little Richard and Enotris Johnson and recorded and released by Little Richard.
Former NBA player Marcus Liberty, who was a member of the 1989 Illinois Flyin' Illini attended King and was widely regarded as the #1 player in the nation.
After leaving the military in 1944, he made an arrangement with Fawcett to produce art and stories on a freelance basis from his home in Monroe, where he created both art and storylines for The Phantom Eagle (Wow Comics), as well as drawing the "Flyin' Jenny" newspaper strip for Bell Syndicate (created by Russell Keaton).
The initial group of characters featured: The Old Timer, an elderly bloke with a long thirst and a reluctance to shout for beers; The Con Man; The Kangaroo, who constantly avoids being killed for food; the Flyin' Doc; and The Last Lost Tribesman and his Wife, who are determined to stay lost.
