Fortubo's realm in Solania, the fourth of the Seven Heavens, is called the Empyrean Delve. Dragon #88 placed his realm in the Twin Paradises, however.

No single religion dominates this region, but significant deities worshipped include Pelor, Trithereon, Lydia, the Oeridian agricultural gods, the elvish, dwarvish and gnomish pantheons, Ulaa, Fortubo, Jascar, Norebo and Boccob.
