Full Circle was recorded at Carnegie Hall in New York City on October 6, 2000, as part of a tour of the same name in which Ravi introduced his nineteen-year-old daughter and student Anoushka.

In summer 1995, British television actor and documentary presenter Michael Palin started his counterclockwise circumnavigation of the Pacific Rim, encompassing 18 different countries, on Little Diomede Island, as part of the BBC series Full Circle.
The compilation also collected some Dick Mills sound effects from the story as well as some effects from other 1980 serials "Meglos" and "Full Circle", whose music would be the subject of the fourth volume in the series.
This was the final album until 2009's Full Circle to feature Brian Marshall on bass guitar; he departed from the band shortly after the tour for the album in August 2000.
He played the Security Chief in the 1969 Patrick Troughton story The War Games, Nefred in the 1980 Tom Baker story Full Circle and Keeper of the Matrix in the 1986 Colin Baker story The Ultimate Foe.
In summer 2009, several months after rock band Creed announced that their reunion album would be titled Full Circle, hundreds of torrents appeared on peer-to-peer file sharing sites labeled as a leaked copy of Full Circle but actually containing Red Goodbye's One Time Mountain, with modified file names and ID3 Tags.
