The environmental concerns about fracking first took hold in the U.S. when Josh Fox released Gasland, a documentary on the social and environmental impacts of fracking.
He sold substantially all of Gasland's petroleum marketing business in 1996 to Husky Energy, but retained Gasland Properties Ltd., he has therefore shifted his focus to developing that company's various holdings.
Filmmaker Josh Fox, behind the documentary "GasLand", is from Milanville.
