Franko has also collaborated with international known orchestras such as The London Sinfonietta (under the direction of renowned composer and conductor, George Benjamin), Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, University of Manchester Symphony Orchestra, Croatian Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, University “Juraj Dobrila” Symphonic Orchestra and Royal College of Music Symphony Orchestra.
He continued composition studies with George Benjamin (King's College London) and organ studies with Louis Robilliard (Conservatoire de Lyon, Prix de Perfectionnement), Odile Bailleux (Conservatoire de Bourg-la-Reine, Prix de Perfectionnement), and Marie-Claire Alain (regional conservatory of Paris).
The ensemble is a resident ensemble of the Southbank Centre, where it performs much of its London season under both its Conductor Laureate Oliver Knussen and guest conductors such as Diego Masson, Pierre-André Valade, Martyn Brabbins and George Benjamin.
She later continued her studies with George Benjamin and 2001 she complemented her studies with Stage d’été for professional composers at Ircam in Paris.
For the third 3-year cycle (2003-2005), George Benjamin (2003), Magnus Lindberg (2004) and John Adams (2005 • cancelled) were nominated by recommendation from the Advisors (Hiroyuki Iwaki, Oliver Knussen, Kent Nagano, Kazushi Ohno, Simon Rattle, Esa-Pekka Salonen and Hiroshi Wakasugi) and preceding judges.
