Gesher – Zionist Religious Centre, defunct political party from Israel in the early 1980s

Zir'in

The fear of Iraqi forces from Gesher in the east and Jenin in the south to form a "spearhead" and capture the Baysan and Jezreel valleys convinced the Jews to take Zir'in.


Camp Gesher

Gesher's logo is Habonim Dror's semel (emblem) which comprises a wheat sheaf in a Star of David, symbolising the roots of the organisation in Labour Zionism and in building the Kibbutz movement.

Gesher Theater

Later that year, in July 2004, the play “The Criple boy from Ineshman” by the successful playwright Martin McDonagh, and directed by Ilan Toren, a visiting director with Gesher Theater, was staged.

In July 2005, Gesher Theater, sponsored by the Bracha Fund, staged “Momik”, an adaptation of David Grossman’s best selling novel “See under: Love”.
