Between 2005 and 2007, he studied at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration at Achimota in Accra.
He has also been an adjutant lecturer in Corporate Governance at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), He was also an instructor of the Ghana Stock Exchange.
He was a student at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) from 2005 to 2008.
Between 1980 and 1981, he studied for the Post Graduate Certificates in Budgeting and Financial Management and from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
While in the foreign service, he received a diploma in public administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration in 1974.

He then earned a public administration diploma from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration at Legon before returning to serve as the commanding officer for the 1RSLAR until 1997.
