Ginger Ann Conejero, Miss Philippines-Air 2006 (1st runner-up/Vice Miss), was appointed and represented the Philippines at the 2007 Miss Global Beauty Queen Pageant first-hand but was unplaced; she was unable to compete at the 2007 Miss Tourism Queen International due to schedule conflict as a TV reporter for ABS-CBN.
