Born in The Hague, The Netherlands, Bojoura was discovered by George Kooymans of the rock band Golden Earring, who went on to write and produce many of her songs.
As has become customary for Halloween shows from the band, several covers debuted for the first time: The Doors' Riders On The Storm, Space Truckin' by Deep Purple and Golden Earring's hit Radar Love.
Kronenburg Park was also released in English as Round Midnight with lyrics penned by Golden Earring-frontman Barry Hay ("You've always been the mistress of bad luck, making love for another lousy buck").
Apart from two incidental`line-ups of five (with Robert Jan Stips and later Eelco Gelling), Golden Earring has consisted of the same four friends (Zuiderwijk, George Kooymans, Barry Hay and Rinus Gerritsen).
In September 1992, Zuiderwijk and his Golden Earring bandmates joined at least a thousand other drummers to play "Radar Love" on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam.
