In 1739, she was created Marchioness of Gordes and Countess of Moncha, both of which she received from her mother when she died.
Afterwards, Pollock fled to a residence he partially owned with friends located in Gordes, southeastern France.
In 2008 she founded the Festival Seasons of the Voice in Gordes, Provence.
