Lab School of Baltimore

Baltimore Lab is a training site for interns from Temple University, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University, Towson University, Goucher College, and Maryland Institute College of Art.

North Baltimore Aquatic Club

It currently operates out of two locations, with two pools at the main Meadowbrook facility located in the Northwest Baltimore neighborhood of Mount Washington and another pool located at Goucher College in Towson.


Flo Ayres

In the 1960s and 1970s, Ayres also taught radio and communications at several Baltimore-area institutes of higher learning, such as Johns Hopkins University, Goucher College, and Towson University, and has collaborated on projects with famous Vatican painter Joseph Sheppard and Beatles' photographer Morton Tadder.

James William McClendon, Jr.

A native of Warrington, Pennsylvania, Rear Admiral Kibben entered active duty in the U.S. Navy in 1986 following studies for a bachelor’s degree from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland.

The Feminist Press

By the end of the 1960s, both Florence Howe and her husband Paul Lauter had taught in the Freedom Schools in Mississippi, and Howe was already attempting to compile a mini-women’s studies curriculum for her writing students at Goucher College in Baltimore.
