Denys Sokolovskyi (born 26 March 1979 in Donetsk) is a retired Ukrainian professional football player who played for several clubs in Europe, including FC Metalurh Donetsk and FC Vorskla Poltava in the Ukrainian Premier League, Panionios FC in the Greek Superleague and Pogoń Szczecin the Polish Ekstraklasa.
Although AEK Athens was relegated to the 3rd Division in order the team's debt to be erased, Tsoukalas was agreed to stay and help AEK for the big comeback to Greek Superleague alongside Kostas Tsoupros, Anastasios Tsoumagas, Dimitris Anakoglou, Miguel Cordero, Dimitris Grontis and Michalis Pavlis
On 27 January 2012, Vidal signed a 6-month contract with the option of another year with Greek Superleague club Panetolikos F.C..
In September 1st, 2013 the Greek superleague side Veria F.C. announced that Caanen was appointed as the team coach.
