He became a Canadian citizen in 2004, and resides in Toronto, Canada, and Grignan, France, with his husband, Morton Beiser and twin sons, Daniel and Rowan.
She has also published two short stories in French and a play, which was performed at the “Festival de la Correspondance” in Grignan.
