Coordinated by the Disaster Management Co-ordination Agency (DMCA), with assistance from the Royal Montserrat Defence Force and the Royal Montserrat Police Force, the local disaster agency has started the distribution of HEARO Local Alert Receivers to residents in the most vulnerable areas.
