She learnt everything about movements as a student of Gertrud Kraus, the world famous Israeli ballet dancer, then as a ballerina in the Opera House of Tel Aviv, later as a physiotherapist at the Medical University and in the Hadassah University Clinic.
In the 1930s, planning began for a new hospital to replace the Rothschild hospital founded in 1888 on Street of the Prophets, Jerusalem.
In 1950, he moved to Israel with his wife (Dr. Armen Saltz), settling in Jerusalem, where he practiced medicine at the Hadassah Medical Center.
