Some of his speeches, including the one delivered on the scaffold, were published and are printed in the Harleian Miscellany.
The first mention of it is in a tract reprinted in the Harleian Miscellany entitled "The Secret History of the Calves Head Club".
This was the Descensus Astraeae (printed in the Harleian Miscellany, 1808), in which Queen Elizabeth is honoured as Astraea.
